Please take a tour with us as we walk down the long concrete drive and discover this waterfrom home located on a large wooded lot in Lacy's Place Subdivision.
As we head down the gentle slope of the drive, notice the lack of sounds from trains, planes, and automobiles!
Humh... if I only had a skateboard, I could make quick work of getting down this drive.
No painting required means more time for fishin' and swimmin' and cookin' out and eatin'... You catch my drift?
Didn't need no stinkin' skateboard after all. Hey, you want to go back up top and see if the climb up can get your heart rate up a bit? Never mind; let's go inside to continue the tour.
OK, you can come in through the garage or the downstairs entrance. The garage is in the lower left half of the basement, with a utility/storage area directly behind.
From the garage, you can exit right and enter the downstairs den area. On your left, you can see the downstairs bathroom, the stairs to go up to the grownup's area, and the entrance to the downstairs bedroom (looking left to right).
Hey, guess what? This bathroom has a sink and shower. Wow!
Almost forgot... it also has the standard bathroom fixture; you know, the toilet, commode, porcelain throne!
Great thinking; put the bunks down here, keep the noise level low (away from the upstairs area), and you might actually get some rest tonight.
Up we go to the Main Living Area.
Main level, top of the stairs and turning to your left, looking into the main living area.
Just follow your nose and head toward the kitchen.
But what happened to the cookies?
Just do an 'about face' and you are heading right into the Master Bedroom, which is mighty convenient for a late night snack, right?
This view is from the far wall, after having walked into the bedroom, with the entrance from the kitchen on the left and Master Bath on the right.
This view is into the first section of the Master Bath, walking in from the Master Bedroom.
From the first section of the Master Bath, continue walking into the dressing area.
Inside the dressing area, two closets are available; one for linens and the other for clothes, shoes, hats, and what nots.
After leaving the Master Bedroom, re-enter the Main Living Area so we can travel to the far end and check out the second upstairs bedroom.
On the opposite end of the house, a second bedroom is available, with its own private bath.
Private bath, tub and commode area.
Private bath, vanity area.
From Bedroom #2, this is the view back into the Main Living Area.
And check on those cookies one more time. Maybe there's some cold milk in the fridge.
This view is looking back into the Kitchen as we exit onto the deck.
From this view, you can see both the Kitchen and Master Bedroom entrances to return to the house.
From the deck, we can now return to the outside tour.
To the front corner we go, just to give a final view of the front outside area of the house.
Final look back at the house as we head toward the lake.
Check the temperature... might be a good day for a swim.
Nice little bonus with this purchase.. a 2003 Fisher pontoon boat! Hope you enjoyed the tour!
